A hand when you need one, even at three in the morning.
Support starts on Discord: pick a reason, leave your account email, and a private channel opens that only you and the staff can see.
An automated assistant answers first. It is on duty 24 hours a day, there is no queue to wait in, and it costs nothing. When a real person is needed the ticket goes to the staff: you ask with a button, or the assistant calls them itself.
Prefer email? Write to tikforge@outlook.com.
It answers first, at any hour, at no cost.
It is not a list of canned replies: it reads the same guides you would read, and it has the real, current data in front of it while you write.
Always awake
No opening hours and no queue. Write at three in the morning on New Year's Day and an answer comes right then.
In your language
It answers in the language you write in. The site is in seven languages, and support is no exception.
It knows today's facts
Prices, the game library, ongoing maintenance and the state of your subscription are read at the moment it answers, not from a summary written months ago.
It has read the guides
The site's wiki and tutorials are its head: if a command is written there, it gives you the exact one instead of sending you to look for it.
It costs nothing
It is part of support: you do not pay for it separately and you do not need a higher plan to unlock it.
It never asks for your password
It never will, and nobody at TikForge ever will. If someone asks you for it, that someone is not us.
Three steps, under a minute.
All you need is a Discord account, which is free. The Support Centre panel does the rest.
Join the Discord
The server is open to everyone. Once inside, the Support Centre is one of the channels.
Pick a reason
Choose the section from the menu, then leave the email of your TikForge account and a couple of lines about the problem.
Your channel opens
A private channel is created, visible only to you and the staff. The assistant answers there, and the whole conversation stays there.
When a person is needed, a person shows up.
The assistant knows where it stops. On these things it does not decide: it calls the staff even if you do not ask.
When you ask
There is a button to say you want to talk to a person. From then on the assistant goes quiet and the ticket belongs to the staff.
Money
Refunds, payments that do not show up, cancellations that will not go through: it promises nothing and hands the ticket over.
Your account
It changes nothing and performs no operations: answering is all it can do. Every change is made by a person.
When it looks like a fault
If the problem looks like something broken on our side, or the answer is not in the guides, it calls the staff instead of making something up.
What people ask us most.
Does the automated assistant cost anything?+
No. It is part of support and answers anyone who opens a ticket, with no extra cost and no plan to unlock.
Do I need a Discord account?+
Yes, to open a ticket. It is free and takes a minute to create. If you would rather not, write to tikforge@outlook.com.
What language can I write in?+
Yours: the assistant answers in the same language you write in.
Who reads my ticket?+
You and the TikForge staff, nobody else. The channel is created closed to the rest of the server.
Will I be asked for my password?+
Never. Not by the assistant and not by the staff. If someone asks you for it, it is not TikForge.
What if the assistant cannot solve it?+
It calls the staff by itself. Even when a conversation drags on without getting anywhere, it stops and leaves the ticket to a person.
Prefer email?
For those who do not use Discord, for copyright reports and for personal-data requests, the usual address is there. The assistant is not on this channel: we answer ourselves, as soon as we can.
